Floor and doorway covers, plastic walls where needed, negative air for dusty tasks
Removal and Prep
Cut back to clean, square lines, treat fasteners, verify studs and backing
Install and Tape
Hang panels, tape and mud with proper compounds, embed corners, set beads, and feather joints
Sand and Finish
Dust control methods, Level 4 or Level 5 as specified, apply matching texture
Prime and Ready for Paint
We can prime only or provide full paint as an add service
Clean Up and Walkthrough
Verify light test, touch ups, and leave the space tidy
Matching Textures and Finishes
We match existing finishes so repairs disappear.

You receive an Issued for Construction [IFC] set when part of a larger remodel, scope, details, finishes, ventilation notes, and any fire or sound ratings. Inspectors and trades reference the same approved documents, which keeps quality high.
Typical Timelines
- Small patch or single ceiling repair, 1 to 2 visits, allow for compound drying
- Room scale repairs, 2 to 3 days including texture and prime
- Whole room or addition, schedule provided in writing after measure and selections
